Information you provide
When you request the free starter plan through Systeme.io, we collect the email address you submit and your subscription status. If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
How we use information
We use your information to deliver requested resources, send the seven-day educational sequence and related educational or promotional emails, answer questions, manage subscriptions, and protect the service from misuse. Emails may include disclosed affiliate recommendations. Requesting the plan is optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers and technical information
The website is hosted with OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Systeme.io operates the connected signup pages, stores subscriber records, and delivers emails. Porkbun provides our domain and email forwarding; Gmail is used to receive and respond to messages. These services may process information needed to provide, secure, and maintain their services, including IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps, and delivery records.
Systeme.io may record email opens, link clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes. We use these records to understand whether delivery works and which resources are useful. Open and click counts are imperfect and may include automated activity. Read Systeme.io's privacy policy for its practices.
Cookies and external links
Connected service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their pages and measure activity. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect functionality. We have not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics service to this website.
Affiliate links may contain a referral identifier so a provider can attribute a qualifying purchase. If you follow a Beacons or other external link, that provider's privacy policy applies to its pages and checkout. We do not collect payment-card details on this website.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent our subscriber list. Information is shared with service providers as needed to operate this system, and may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
We retain subscriber information while it is needed to deliver the requested messages and manage the relationship. After an unsubscribe, limited suppression and delivery records may be retained to honor your choice, prevent unwanted resubscription, resolve issues, or satisfy legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop marketing messages. You can also email hello@theflexibleincomeproject.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your own records. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
Security, locations, and children
We use the access controls and safeguards available through our providers, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. This resource is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
